As requirements for managing your property
Our obligation and commitment to the owner:
- Submit a monthly report containing a breakdown of the activities carried out, income and expenses incurred in the administration of the property subject to this contract.
- Make timely payments on all financial obligations: property taxes, fees, utilities and other contributions applicable to the property delivered for administration.
- Manage the hiring of suppliers for the maintenance of the property under administration in a timely manner.
- Manage in a timely manner the monthly collection of rental payments for the property subject to this contract.
- Represent THE OWNERS before Administrative, Municipal, Judicial, and Police authorities in matters arising from the property entrusted for management.
- Order urgent repairs with prior notice to THE OWNERS.
- Initiate legal action against delinquent tenants with the proper authorization of THE OWNERS (legal procedures are billed separately).
