In 1958, Mr. Roberto Nicholson founded JURANI, a property management company, together with his partner Julio Jurado (R.I.P.). In January 1996, NICHOLSON BIENES RAICES, S. A., opened its doors to the real estate market—a family-owned company dedicated to property management, sales, rentals, insurance, legal advisory, appraisal coordination, and general maintenance, always with the purpose of providing the best service to its clients.
NICHOLSON BIENES RAICES, S. A. is currently led by Mr. Roberto, his wife Mrs. Mireya Quintero de Nicholson, and their two children: Emilia María Nicholson, an attorney-at-law with a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Barcelona, and Roberto Antonio Nicholson Jr., Marketing and Sales Manager and Insurance Advisor. Together, they bring a combination of experience, principles, dynamism, and youth.
The success achieved by Mr. Roberto and his reputation as a property manager have spread nationwide. He is a businessman devoted to his work, without time limits, working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without rest.
